Suddenly spring is here. After a few days of sunshine lilies find their way to the surface. Unfortunately so do the red lily beetles.
The wisteria, lilac and climbing hydrangea start producing flowers. Soon the gorgeous scent of lilac can be smelled again throughout the garden.
Everywhere leaves start to develop. The boston ivy shows its deep red color, which soon turns a vibrant green, only to come back in full force in the fall. The ferns start to unroll their croziers. Even the grape is coming to life.
